Our morning routine begins with Avene's Makeup Removing Micellar Water. It's the perfect gentle cleanser that not only removes makeup but also soothes and calms any irritations on our skin. We love how it feels on our skin and how it doesn't require rinsing. However, if you prefer rinsing, you can do so and then reapply the micellar water or Avene’s Thermal Spring Water, Soothing Calming Facial Mist for added soothing benefits.

Next, we follow with Avene's Cleanance Concentrate Blemish Control Serum, which helps keep our skin blemish-free. It's important to note that a little goes a long way with this product, so be sure to use only a small drop to cover your entire face. We apply this serum when our skin is still damp from the micellar water to help lock in moisture.

After the serum, we apply our moisturizer, which is the Tolerance Control Soothing Skin Recovery Cream. It's a light yet ultra-moisturizing cream that's perfect for warmer weather. We love how it sets on our skin, allowing us to continue with our morning routine while it fully absorbs.

For those who wear makeup, our next step is applying a primer. We recommend the Smashbox Photo Finish Oil & Shine Control Primer, which helps control oil and shine throughout the day. If you're not wearing makeup, you can skip the primer and proceed to applying your sunscreen.
When it comes to sunscreen, we've found that Supergoop!'s Mineral Mattescreen is the perfect choice for us. It not only provides excellent sun protection but also helps minimize shine, which is especially helpful for those with oily skin. We like to mix our sunscreen with our liquid foundation for a smooth and even base.
